Among the many individuals who serve in long-term and post-acute care, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) have perhaps the most demanding jobs—both physically and emotionally. These essential caregivers often find it difficult to make ends meet. Coupled with the frequent staffing challenges it is easy to see how these caregivers become burned out and leave the profession.
NAHCA therefore recognizes the importance of reinvigorating and educating these important professionals by hosting an annual conference known as CNA Fest. At CNA Fest attendees will enjoy two days of camaraderie, education, recognition, and respite. For 23 years, CNA Fest has served as an annual retreat for CNAs everywhere to grow personally and professionally, make new friends, and recharge their passion.
